Audit your newsletters and build the filters
The assistant checks recurring mail across every account, sorts each sender into keep, filter, or unsubscribe, and writes the Gmail filters.

The mailbox sweep
Search can cover whole mailboxes rather than only recent messages. It
identifies recurring senders, checks their cadence, and writes the Gmail
filters. Creating them would be a second step using gmail-create_filter.
The prompt
Using Toolforest, look through all my connected Gmail accounts for recurring
digests and newsletters. Tell me which ones I get, how often, and suggest
what to filter or unsubscribe, with the exact Gmail filter rules I'd need. The response

Exact Gmail filter rules
Unsubscribe directly (cleanest — use the link in the email itself, since these senders rotate subdomains): Grammarly, KidsClub Deals, SoundBridge Presales.
Filters for the rest (auto-archive + label, keeps them out of the inbox without losing them):
ChatGPT / OpenAI (all 3 accounts) Matches:
from:(noreply@email.openai.com)Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label "Newsletters/ChatGPT", Mark as readClaude Team product updates (toolforest.user — still active) Matches:
from:(no-reply@email.claude.com)Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label "Newsletters/Claude", Mark as read
Real digests to leave untouched: DevOps Digest, PTA Bulletin, Trailhead Weekly — all weekly, all substantive content, none flagged for filtering.

Keep, filter, or unsubscribe
Each sender gets one of three verdicts. Finished onboarding series need no action; newsletters with useful content are left alone; recurring marketing gets a filter or an unsubscribe recommendation. The filters have not been created yet.
