Drafting without sending

The assistant can find the thread and add a reply to it without sending anything. Sending uses a separate tool and only happens when asked.

The prompt

Use Toolforest to find Sam's email about the Saturday trail run and draft a
friendly reply saying I'm in and can drive, but need to leave by noon.

The response

Use Toolforest to find Sam's email about the Saturday trail run and draft a friendly reply saying I'm in and can drive, but need to leave by noon.

Found it — this is in the toolforest.user@gmail.com account. Sam Okafor emailed on Aug 10 about the Lake 22 trail run Saturday, meeting at 7:30 from the lot, with coffee after.

Drafting your reply now.

Hey Sam,

I'm in! Happy to drive too, just need to head out by noon so I can make it back in time for something later. Should still be plenty of time for Lake 22 plus coffee after if we start at 7:30.

Let me know how many to plan for in the car.

See you Saturday!

It's sitting in Drafts on the toolforest.user@gmail.com account, ready for you to review and send. Want any tweaks before it goes out?

The draft

All three requested details appear in the draft. The question about rider count comes from Sam's carpooling line, not the prompt. The reply stays in Drafts.
